why invest in training?

  • Conveyancers being able to obtain their answers in seconds using the training link provided. Outcome =  Conveyancers spending more time converting their sale and purchase files and more time on Customer and Recommender service!

  • Fewer write off’s - Conveyancers getting the answer correct first time.

  • Quicker completions / conversion resulting in more money coming in to the Business

  • Upskilling employees results in a higher case load per employee and more profits

  • Fewer negligence claims and lower professional indemnity insurance quotations and excess levels as there would be a reduction needing to claim on it

  • Improved customer service with Conveyancers better equipped to explain the legal situation to the client and recommender – Outcome – increased referrals from the recommenders and returning clients in the future

  • Less re-work for post completion correcting the mistakes of the Conveyancers – fewer post completion overheads (Salary)

  • Happier employees being upskilled and progressed resulting in a reduction in attrition and reduced costs on recruitment fees. Research shows that training is a key factor which influences employee motivation and retention of talented employees

  • Real time data as to what was known before and after each training session. This feedback can be provided to Team Managers immediately following the Training session

  • No effort or sacrifice by the Company - the hard work has already been done in the training material

  • The majority of the material can be used as a quick reference guide / answers to technical Conveyancing issues without the need to employ a full time Conveyancing trainer
