My name is James, I am the founder of Conveyancing Training Solutions Ltd. I develop conveyancing training programs that are designed to help companies stay compliant with the latest regulations, while also increasing profits by upskilling employees. Research shows that training is a key factor which influences employee motivation and retention of talented employees.

Having worked in the industry for nearly 20 years, 8 of which have been spent as a technical conveyancing trainer with some of the biggest conveyancing firms in the country, I have a passion to design and create a range of training material that is both easy to understand, easy to follow and relevant in today’s climate.

The material is structured to enable the Conveyancers to reach the answer in seconds! No more lengthy periods away from the team trying to assess the situation, allowing more time to be spent on customer service and converting their sale and purchase properties!

I have also taken away the risk factor of employees storing out of date training material on their desktops that may no longer comply with the latest Case Law and Legislation. The material is accessed via a link and updated by me weekly. The link you click on will always have the most updated version of the material!

The presentations include regular reference to the Law Society Conveyancing Protocol, Conveyancing Association Protocol, Land Registry Practice Guides and UK Finance Lenders Handbook (amongst others), delivered with a high focus on compliance but also adopting a common sense approach to finding solutions.
